Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures that Sentry Self Storage will refund all unused full days of a customer’s prepaid rental period.

We issue refunds via debit or credit card, typically within 14 days after you vacate your storage unit.

Our policy requires customers to pay in advance and provide at least 14 days’ written notice before moving out.

If you don’t give the full 14-day notice, we may apply a pro-rata penalty based on your daily contract rate.

To avoid any charges, submit your notice in writing and on time.
