Refund Policy
Sentry Self Storage will refund all unused full days of a customer's prepaid rental period*.
Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of the customer vacating their storage unit; refunds are normally made via debit or credit card and in exceptional circumstances by cheque, however cash refunds are not available.
*All customers are required to pay in advance and must give 14 days written notice prior to vacating their storage unit. Sentry Self Storage reserves the right to charge a pro-rata penalty at the agreed daily contract rate if a customer fails to give the full 14 day notice period.
